Auburn Ski Club 10th Mountain Division Biathlon 26 March 2006

These are pictures taken at the annual Auburn Ski Club 10th Mountain Division Biathlon, which was held March 26th, 2006. This biathlon is named in honor of a fabled World War II U.S. army division, which you can read about here . We still have a few of these veterans who volunteer to help put on this race.

The day before the race we had a storm come through that dumped nearly two feet of snow. But the day of the race it turned warm and sunny, with fairly decent trail conditions for the race.
