Burning Man Art Cars on the Playa 2004

As far as the art component of Burning Man goes, what struck me the most was not the static art, though some of the fire displays were pretty spectacular. It was the the cars, buses, segas, bicycles, gold carts, couches !!?? that were decked out as mobile art or mobile band/party platforms! Some are so elaborate you have to wonder iftheir creators do anything else during the rest of the year...I only managed to get pictures of a small sample of them - there have to be hundreds, if not a thousand vehicles plying the streets of Black Rock. And I didn't capture some of the best or most elaborate - just what I happened to run across in broad daylight, when it wasn't too dusty, and I had the camera on me.
