This Biathlon was organized by the Colorado Biathlon Club. The race took place at YMCA Rockies (Snow Mountain Ranch) not far from Winter Park, Colorado at an elevation of around 9000 feet. The course was relatively flat - thank goodness, or I woudn't have finished. (I live a whopping five feet above sea level.) The weather was great - sunny clear skies, and only a light breeze. The snow was fast.
