Northstar 10th Mountain Biathlon Truckee, CA 20-21 March 2010

This year the Auburn Ski Club 10th Mountain Division Biathlon was organized by Lyle Nelson and held at the Northstar-at-Tahoe Ski Resort X-C area. A clinic was held on Saturday, and the race took place on Sunday. In spite of the logistics issues (rifles had to be shipped seperately to the X-C Center because we were not allowed to bring them on the downhill lifts, and the biathlon area was a kilometer out from the center), we had roughly 70 people participate in the race - one of the largest 10th Mountain races we've held.
