The following are some pictures from a Las Vegas Hockey tournament we played in. I'll have to admit I didn't spend very much time in Las Vegas itself except to play the games. There is so much to see and do within an hours drive of Las Vegas. I spent most of my daylight hours hiking about fifteen miles to the west of the city in the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. This area is absolutely gorgeous - the pictures just don't convey the grandeur of the surroundings, nor the sutle hues of the land. As for the hockey pictures - well my old digital camera just doesn't cut it for sporting events...and as for how we did, lets just say that if I'm your leading goal scorer, you're in serious trouble. At least we (officially at least) didn't come in dead last!
