The 10th Mountain Challenge Biathlon is an annual event organized by Auburn Ski Club and sponsored in part by volunteers from the 10th Mountain Division. The race took place under mostly sunny skies, with a pretty stiff breeze (but as usual, calm in the range), and temperatures in the 60's. Thank goodness it was cooler than the day before! The trails were relatively firm and fast. Thirty three biathletes showed up to ski the course.
